Joe Vath is the founder and Licensed Certified Marine Contractor. He was raised locally in Apollo Beach. Joe Vath founded Land and Sea Masters in 2011. Prior to Joe had Custom Docks by SeaMaster and Ameritech Concrete Concepts. As the business grew over years, it made sense to combine the marketing and production efforts and combine the businesses into Land and Sea Masters. Joe has been a Florida State Certified Marine Contractor for 11 years. Prior to that, Hillsborough County did not require a license. Joe has been building docks and seawalls for 38 years. We now have offices in both Clearwater and Apollo Beach.
