If you have ever had a dock built I’m sure you know how frustrating the whole process can be, especially calling different dock companies for estimates only to not have anyone call you back. First place (competitor) I called took 2 weeks and multiple follow ups to send me the estimate. In comparison, Land & Sea were a pleasure to work with and typically called me back same day throughout the process. One other thing, there is no comparison to their craftsmanship. You can tell their docks are better built and use better material. Needless to say, very happy with the outcome and highly recommend these guys! Special thanks to Zack and all the hours he put in.

Their price was fair and reasonable, the quality of their work was excellent and they completed the entire project in less time than promised. Jim was the job supervisor and was very conscientious throughout the project. I am extremely pleased with the new dock and lift and would highly recommend them.

We had a major facelift done to our dock by Land and Sea Masters in Apollo Beach. Being that our dock was 20 years old, it was time for some bracing and a “facelift”. Joe Vath, Hope LePoidevin and the crew were great to deal with! The dock looks like new, the poles are completely re-wrapped and we have a new metal roof to top it all off! This was a major job for them and everything went so well. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a new dock or repairs on their existing one. Thanks Land & Sea Masters!

I was extremely satisfied with the job performed by Land & Sea Masters. Pablo and his team disassembled my existing dock, constructed a new vinyl sea wall in front my existing concrete wall, reassembled my dock better than it was, and they were finished within a week. Additionally, the vinyl sheeting, tiebacks, sea wall cap and other materials were all top notch. Additionally, there was great communication with Joe, Pablo (his crew) and Hope.

Pier completed couple of weeks ago. Very well built!! Services included complete removal of old dock, etc., replacement poles, walkaround decking for my entire boat, 30 ft roof and a 10X10 seating area. Many obstacles with mangroves, EPC approval, channel width, lot size but at the end of the day, am very happy with my new Dock. Little things – they wrapped and caped all posts. Not a easy process – requires patience
