For seawall repairs, we can install secondary deadmen, filtration fabric to stop soil erosion and repair or replace your seawall cap.

Boat Docks
When working on our dock projects we utilize stainless steel bolts, nuts and fasteners for superior life and long lasting aesthetics.
Land & Sea specializes in multiple types of docks. Here in Florida, specifically Tampa Bay, you see the traditional wood and composite framed floating docks and traditional fixed height stationary docks. After you give us a call, we will come out and meet with you to discuss the needs and requirements to create a custom designed dock just for you. To simplify the process, we have a handful of standard layouts and designs to choose from. We offer a wide range of options from regular marine grade pressure treated lumber to the newest synthetic timbers and decking.
We have learned from our experience that the proper materials create a better longer lasting dock. Instead of using galvanized hardware, our normal dock uses all marine grade stainless steel bolts, nuts and fasteners.
We also offer the entire project as a turnkey experience and even provide electrical and lighting as well as step and ramp options. By default all of our pilings come wrapped and capped. At Land & Sea we strive to make you happy and a customer for a life time.

Commercial
We are the builder of the Largest Vinyl Seawall Project ever constructed, marinas for 200 boats and the large boat lift in Apollo Beach in Mira Bay that will lift a 35ft boat from the freshwater lake into the saltwater canal for access into Tampa Bay and back again. From piers to bridges, you can count on Land and Sea Masters to finish the job to perfection.
Boat Lifts

Piers & Marinas
For your commercial needs, we can rebuild or replace a complete marina or just provide a fishing or observation pier. One of our proud install moments is we build the floating waterfront café at the Florida State Fairgrounds in Tampa in 1992. It is still like new.
Custom Decks
Your waterfront home is not complete without an enjoyable outdoor space. We can tie your new custom dock into your outdoor deck complete with lighting and firepits. We provide stairs and railings and all of our workship and materials is of the same standards as our docks.
